Code of Conduct


Any applicant shall observe these seven commandments during the entire duration of the grant:

 1.         As a recipient of the scholarship, he/she must diligently and to the best of his/her ability, apply himself/herself to the successful completion of his/her program of study. The student shall make every effort to excel at his/her studies, to obtain an average grade of at least 88 (or equivalent grade point average) and to become an honour student.

 2.         The student shall observe the rules and requirements of his university and shall behave in a proper and dignified manner at all times.

 3.         The student shall report to his/her case officer at Borisat Educational Fund at least once per month.

 4.         The student shall make his/her grades available to Borisat Educational Fund immediately after he/she has been notified by the university.

 5.         The student shall send copies of receipts for tuition fees and other study related expenses to his/her case officer immediately after enrolling.

 6.         The student shall neither smoke, nor get drunk, nor gamble, nor use drugs of any kind, nor engage in sexual intercourse or any illicit activity whatsoever.

 7.         The student shall immediately inform his/her case officer on any development related to his/her ability to fulfil this pledge.
